Since 1977, we have been here to help and support older people through some of the most difficult times in their life. Over the years, many thousands of people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend have found companionship, laughter, new interests and a listening ear in the staff and volunteers who are the beating heart of this charity.

Now, in 2020, we're celebrating 43 years of listening to, learning from, and caring for older people. More than ever, we have a strong history, and a bright future.
