Age Connects Morgannwg have launched an appeal to support our fight against loneliness, we are asking those who can afford it to donate £5 to the appeal. Every donation we receive makes a difference, allowing us to make two home visits to an older person.

Hundreds of volunteers working with us to support older people living in our communities who are often facing the devastating effects of loneliness and isolation with no family or friends to turn to.
