Nicola has worked in the social housing sector for almost 20 years, gaining extensive experience in various front-line and community-facing roles. Nicola’s passion for supporting and empowering people has been a driving force throughout her career.

Currently, Nicola is dedicated to making a positive impact in her role at the All Wales Forum, where she continues to advocate for and empower individuals. 

Nicola’s journey has led her to become a trustee for Age Connect Morgannwg, where she looks forward to leveraging her experience and dedication to support the aging population and contribute to the fantastic work that the organisation does. 

In her spare time, 

Nicola can be seen running around the muddy Welsh hills and trails with a very energetic dog or enjoying leisure time with her family.
