Having spent many years working in the public sector, Kristian is currently the Operation Director for a local business that specialises in business consultancy services within the SME Sector. 

At a time when public resources are stretched, the contributions of the third sector are more valuable than ever, and Kristian is passionate to apply his time and experience to support this, and those who need it the most. Kristian believes Age Connects Morgannwg (ACM) does fantastic work in the community, and is excited to be a part of it. 

When Kristian isn’t chasing one of the children (or the dog), he can usually be found on the golf course or in the kitchen, although he’s definitely more adept at the latter!

With a 25-year career in public and private sector organisations, including over six years as Director for Action on Elder Abuse (Hourglass) Cymru, Kristian is able to  bring a breadth of experience to his role as Trustee for ACM.
