We are looking for volunteers to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 6th to help us raise money to help support older people. 

All team members will be offered fundraising support, a free running top and a celebratory meal at the finish. All we ask is that you are able to raise the minimum amount of money required which will go towards helping vulnerable older people who are lonely or isolated.
