South East Wales Regional Safeguarding Advocacy Project

As a South East Wales partnership project, we provide an independent advocacy service, empowering the views, choices and rights of people aged over 50 in Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil.

This project provides support for people who are experiencing any issues and are living in or considering a move to a residential or nursing home, sheltered housing complex or are requiring support with accommodation when being discharged from hospital.

Referrals can be made to this service through an open referral system.
