Ombudsman
If you have a complaint with a particular service/organisation, their internal complaints procedure should be used before contacting the relevant ombudsman below:

For complaints regarding local government and public services in Wales contact the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.

For complaints with your bank, insurance company, finance firm or other financial services contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.

For complaints about how pension schemes are run contact the Pensions Ombudsman.

For complaints about lawyers in Wales contact the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman for England and Wales.

 

Opticians
For details of opticians who will visit you at home contact your Local Health Board.
People over 60 requiring a home visit for a sight test should not have to pay for this visit.
