Medical Equipment
Wheelchairs, crutches and other equipment for long-term use are available through your GP.

Bridgend Wheelchair Hire (Hires wheelchairs, commodes, walkers & electric scooters)

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) machines available free to people on a low income from National Benevolent Fund for the Aged (NBFA) on recommendation from their doctor or physiotherapist.

Mental Health Problems
People should see their GP, who may refer them on to other services if appropriate.  See ‘MIND’, ‘Counselling’ and ‘Schizophrenia’
